Real Estate Associate | Advisory Team 

Dallas, TX | Full Time


Zonda (formerly Hanley Wood | Meyers Reserach) is seeking a creative entry level Real Estate Associate. Candidate will be based in our Dallas office and will work closely with the multifamily consulting team and clients’ executive staff on consulting engagements throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of multifamily real estate development, business, and economy, be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Candidate must be a conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and ideally have a broad understanding of the real estate market. Candidate must manage shifting priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines.


  • Key member in client engagements, include providing foundational market support for senior level executives.
  • Frequent field work, both locally and nationally.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and develop recommendations based on market data.
  • Prepare and present findings to client in verbal and written form, with increased client interaction.
  • Improve multifamily market knowledge and develop skills necessary to make guided recommendations and conclusions from research.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



  • Experience and/or interest in the real estate industry.
  • Work with all levels of clients’ professional personnel.
  • Expereince working in pressure situations.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Organized, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated individual.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus (but not required).


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field.
