Office Coordinator – Facilities


Zonda Home is currently seeking an Office Coordinator in Washington, DC.  The Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling office operations and resources and providing support to on-site and remote technology users.  This individual will support office maintenance and upkeep projects, office supply inventory and ordering, and reception coverage. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player who will contribute to the vitality of our corporate office. 


Major Job Responsibilities and Related Duties:


Office Support Duties

  • Handle mailroom activities such as processing outbound mail, sorting/delivering inbound mail
  • Work with external vendors to ensure scheduled deliveries are received
  • Assist staff with postage and package services
  • Monitor meeting room schedules to ensure that set up and arrangement of meeting room facilities are performed in a timely manner
  • Perform regular inventory of office supplies, company letterhead and stationery
  • Monitor inventories of office refreshments including but not limited to candy, snacks, fresh fruit, beverages (water, milk, executive requests)
  • Help coordinate and track all off-site storage for the organization and aids in monitoring proper document retention and file destruction
  • General Maintenance issues
  • Other duties, as assigned


Qualified Candidates will possess the Following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong customer service skills and an upbeat personality
  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to live the company values of confidence, enthusiasm, fairness, and integrity
  • Ability to interact with members of the organization at all levels
  • High level of organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lift and/or move 35 pounds
