Zonda is looking for a Research Administrator for our Advisory Team specifically assisting with market studies, managing large data sets, and various administrative duties including billing, proposals, and project organization. You’ll be supported with the necessary tools, and you'll be working with an awesome and like-minded team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience with the real estate industry in some capacity.  They enjoy organization, working with puzzles, and change in their daily work.  This role will help to support our national advisory team with our national consumer research projects, new home feasibilities, and a variety of unique projects that include a variety of analytics and datasets.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Market Study Support (variety of reporting related to real estate)
• Consumer Research data management
• Market and consumer study support
• Manage database and provide information to builders, set up surveys, URLs, etc.
• Billing and accounting support
• Administrative support to the team where needed (i.e., some event coordination and calendar management, calling clients, etc.)

Who You Are

• Excellent interpersonal and social skills
• A positive and team-first attitude
• Solid organizational skills
• Intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• 2-5 years in the real estate industry or a Bachelor’s degree
• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
