Zonda seeks a Manager (Advisory) to start immediately. Candidate will work remotely but closely with other VP/SVP/Principals to lead the analysis of residential and mixed use real estate development around the United States. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all real estate land uses, with a particular focus on home building and the residential space.  Candidate must manage shifting priorities, and multi-task to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interested in working in both a creative and analytical capacity, at the same time.
• Manage and lead the planning and execution of the research process (feasibility analysis, strategic market planning, demand/supply considerations, etc.), with limited oversight.
• Curate relevant data, using both internal and external resources.
• Create and review supporting exhibit packages for analytical reports.
• Create and review recommendations and conclusions from the research.
• Prepare and present findings, with ongoing client interaction.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus).
• Direct experience in market research and the home-building industry.
• Work with all levels of professional personnel, both junior and senior.
• Excellent verbal and analytical written communication skills.
• Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual.
• Works well in pressure situations.
