Zonda is currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our House Plan sales and customer service team. The position is offered nationwide as a full-time, work-from-home opportunity.

Zonda operates the world’s largest online marketplace for home and architectural plans, with top destination sites Houseplans.com, ePlans.com, and Homeplans.com. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist our Inside Sales Representatives to qualify and nurture sales leads, as well as provide exceptional customer service to leads while learning the stock plans business. The Sales Support Coordinator may be promoted to Inside Sales after successfully completing a 6-month training program.

Responsibilities:

• Review Inbound Sales leads and make Welcome Calls
• Qualify leads for ISR through a series of questions (Identify Lead Value)
• Work with Sales Director to forward Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to ISR
• Place outbound calls to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) with goal of converting to SQL
• Place outbound calls to Builders who respond to Marketing Campaigns
• Assist the Order Fulfillment Team with Customer Service Calls
• Participate in weekly training exercises with Sales Director

Qualified candidates will:

• Have 2+ years of telesales / customer service experience in a team setting
• Be tech-savvy and passionate about selling
• Have experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
• Be a great communicator, both verbal and written
• Show strong motivation to work through a high volume of daily activities.
