Hybrid| Dallas/ Fort Worth | Full Time

Zonda is looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our leadership team. Providing oversight to the general operation of the division. The Operations Manager will support all three teams of the unit: Research, GIS and Consultants. This role will take on the setup of projects and directing the Research and GIS teams to ensure that projects are completed on-time and complete. You’ll be supported with the necessary tools, and you'll be working with an awesome and like-minded team. Our teams are innovative, diverse, multidisciplinary, and collaborative - all working to build the future of housing.




  • Provide leadership to the research and GIS teams
  • Assign and monitor task assignments to maintain the schedule of client deliverables for both reports and consulting commitments.
  • Utilize Zonda Education project management program to delegate and manage assignments (Workzone).
  • Assist with data collection to ensure that both research team and GIS team maintain project setup schedule and client needs are met.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Aid Consultants with trouble shooting and problem-solving client request.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with organizations
  • Support team member communication with the management team.



  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assist consultants with special projects:  Spreadsheet work, special client request for unique reports related to use of the Zonda housing data base.
  • General Microsoft office programs:  Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Project management tools a plus:  Jiri, Workzone or other project management programs a plus.
  • DFW location a plus
  • Hybrid work schedule with some days reporting to the Southlake office for collaboration meetings with leadership and team members
