As the Software Engineering Manager, you’ll be leading the product engineering efforts by delivering key objectives that directly impact our customers and stakeholders. This role requires a candidate to successfully balance the line management responsibilities
(mentoring, 1-1s, performance reviews etc.) whilst providing technical support and guidance to your team when it is required. You will need to collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure that customer value is understood by your team, technical challenges are highlighted and
communicated and that outcomes are delivered successfully at a regular and sustainable cadence. As part of this close collaboration, you will seek to contribute to the overall product vision by proposing strategic technical direction to ensure long
term viability of product solutions.

This is a full-time, remote position, with preference of candidates on Pacific Time Zone. Occasional travel may be required.
