Zonda is looking for a passionate Research Associate to evolve and expand our team. Zonda looks for people who can grow, think, dream, and create. The Research Associate will work directly under the local Research Manager in maintaining a proprietary database of real estate research. This individual will perform regular audits of county land records, both online and in person. They will also maintain contact information for local building companies, research current and future new home construction projects, perform frequent data entry for new home projects at the Research Manager’s direction as well as provide general office support. The hourly pay rate is $13.50 - $15.00 plus mileage reimbursement.

Candidates who are offered the Research Associate position will be required to submit to a background check reviewing criminal and driving records.
