Regional Account Manager ? Customer Success

Remote within California | Full Time

 

Zonda is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager who will be focused on our California customer base. The Regional Account Manager will be tasked with helping the company grow by developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in the residential construction industry encompassing brokerages, construction, developers, financial, government, utilities, and marketing firms. This fast-paced position is best suited for someone who is self-directed and customer focused. 

 

Characteristics of a successful National Account Manager:

  • Enjoy presenting and sharing technology solutions
  • Has great communication and organizational skills
  • Has experience with technology platforms, especially Apple, iPad, and IOS.
  • Enjoys working with a team and collaborating to achieve success
  • Would feel comfortable giving online webinar demonstrations and controlling the meeting
  • Has no fear of talking to people on the phone, in person, or in other forms of communication
  • Passionate about training and ensuring clients understand the facets of an amazing tool and its features and how to use them
  • Cognizant of client needs and our solutions that fit best
  • Familiar with CRM’s, especially Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Would thrive in acting as the primary contact and building long term relationships with customers
  • Has fun learning new ways to do business with a proactively positive outlook
  • Is passionate about building trust and realizes when it’s happened to move the needle forward
  • Familiar with Powerpoint and A/V setup, slideshows
  • Enjoys working tradeshows, engaging with attendees and developing a rapport
  • Able to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product Development and more
  • Be able to resolve and identified risks and escalated issues in a timely manner and properly communicate/set expectations with customers
  • Drive positive customer experience and retention through our Zonda Platform
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to the appropriate teams to continue customer growth
  • Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and manage the renewal process

Desired Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. desired
  • 3-5 + years experience in customer success or similar customer facing role
  • Professional demeanor and organizational skills, a must
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly with clients,
  • Strong technical skills and CRM experience required, preferably experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with or interest in learning about the housing industry, specifically new home development
  • Experience with or interest in building products and the manufacturing industry
  • Team player with a customer focused mindset
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
