Senior Strategic Account Director | Media Sales Team 

Remote| EST or CST Timezone | Full Time

The Strategic Account Director is responsible for the sale of Zonda's suite of products including integrated media programs, print advertising, online advertising, digital events and sponsorships, in-person conference sponsorships, data products, and strategic marketing services for Zonda's media group within a defined geographic territory. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage an enterprise territory plan with the intention of hitting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets associated
  • Research and target relevant companies using the latest prospecting tools
  • Learn and demonstrate the Zonda platform and be able to sell all product categories beyond traditional media (print and digital) – Event Sponsorships, Data Services, and Marketing Services solutions. 
  • Successfully expand to other divisions and decision-makers within the customers' company to increase revenue streams and become a valued business partner
  • Live and breathe the corporate values fueling our success and make us who we are

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years or more of sales experience, preferably in B2B consultative sales environment; Media sales or construction experience a plus
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes at or above $250k
  • Experience selling new business and upselling existing accounts
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals 
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing deals
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce or comparable CRM as a tool to manage and grow your business
