Part Time Field Researcher-  Houston    Do you enjoy exploring new home communities in your local area?  Zonda  is hiring new team members to join the housing research group in the Houston, TX area..  This position is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work hours.  Assigned work is reoccurring, and it is completed during the first three weeks of each quarter.  Field work must be completed during daylight hours.  Pay rates start at $10.00/hour.  Zonday provides work related mileage reimbursement.   This Field Researcher position is a short-term, quarterly role. Field Researchers are responsible for driving through new residential subdivisions recording the building progress while updating builder, floor plan, and pricing information. Research work is done over a 2 to 3 week period of time at the end of each quarter (every 90 days).
