Software Engineering Manager | Research Platform Team Pacific Time Zone, Remote | Full Time   Zonda is redefining the future of housing. We have new products in the pipeline, while revamping entire experiences across our existing platforms. There are countless design and strategic challenges on our roadmap that we need your expertise to develop further. You’ll be in a unique position to make a change with every project across the Data Intelligence portfolio. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts and be directly responsible for helping shape the customer product experience, design output, teams and culture. Residential Real Estate Research Analyst - West/Northwest Region Remote, Work from Home | Permanent, Part-time   Zonda is looking for a part-time Research Analyst. This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home.  The part-time Research Analyst will be responsible for updating a database of actively selling new home communities in various U.S. markets primarily through outbound calls. You will work 25 to 29 hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule within defined parameters to ensure the job gets done. You must be professional, focused, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to update community records on a timely basis. The pay rate is $10.00 per hour plus mileage.   Survey work will be completed in the following areas:    Austin, TX - South Travis & Bastrop area   Qualified Candidates will Possess: - A Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record - Current automobile insurance - The ability to lift 20lbs - Attention to detail and detail orientation - Basic math skills - Ability to use GPS navigation systems and/or read maps This job is perfect for someone looking for a part-time job with flexible hours.  Interested candidates should complete an online application.   Candidates who are offered the Field Researcher position will be required to submit to a background check reviewing criminal and driving records.

Duties and Responsibilities - Define and implement an appropriate automated job costing/project management system. - Manage workflows for the Advisory team; assign new studies, track workloads, ensure studies are produced and delivered on time. - Scheduling of staff and determining delivery date based on wholistic view of entire divisions resources and projects. - Proactive approach to recruiting (and/or working with recruiter) for the Advisory team. - Onboarding & training of new Advisory hires. - Identify existing processes and create/implement a roadmap for improvement. - Define and champion new strategic projects/directives to drive efficiency in the Advisory team. - Work with senior staff to procure resources to achieve the strategic directives, as needed. - Review reports for quality control and consistent branding. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus). - A solid understanding of market research in the real estate industry preferred. - Strong project planning and management skills. - Work with all levels of professional personnel, both junior and senior. - Excellent verbal and analytical written communication skills. - Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including MS Project. - Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual. - Works well in pressure situations, across multiple time zones.
